Mr. Salman Riaz Choudhry (Advocate )has a long history in the trade union since his childhood.

The trade union leadership he gets from his father. His father Mr. Choudhry Riaz Ahmad (Late) (Advocate) was a great Labour leader of Pakistan hewas the founder president of the Pakistan WAPDA Labour Union and All Pakistan Federation of United Trade Unions (APFUTU)
After the death of Mr. Riaz Choudhry ( during December 2002 )his son Mr. Salman Riaz Choudhry was elected as president of All Pakistan Federation of United Trade Unions (APFUTU). Mr. Salman Riaz Choudhry decided to continue the work of his great father.

As he thought that in the absence of his father the workers will be helpless. So he started struggle to continue the APFUTU.

Mr. Salman Riaz Choudhry ( Advocate High Court )was elected President of All Pakistan Federation of United Trade Unions (APFUTU) during January 2003..
Also Mr. Salman Riaz Choudhry is a great labour laws practitioner and he is continue work of courts for the help of labour. He is very busy lawyer and also he has created very good name in the labour civil suits in Pakistan.
Now he is President of APFUTU.
